I just wanted to say that i love you and watching your show and the meals you make look so yummmmy i wish i was their to help you eat and do a taste test for every thing you make i love Mexican food its my favorite. My husband and I discovered you on Paula Dean's show! My husband immediately wanted to try the Crispy Fried Tacos, and I luckily had all the ingredients available. We made it, ate it and just made another batch for tomorrow!!!! I find that leaving it overnight deepens the flavors!

We just were amazed at the exquisite simplicity of the meal. Coming from a South East Asian culture, our flavors can be simple but more often than not tend to be more complex! I grew up in the Middle East and was exposed to Indian and Pakistani cooking, and there too we use sometimes complex flavors. My exposure to Mexican cuisine came when I travelled to Georgia, US for my Bachelors; and I've had the regular tacos, and chilli. But I had never truly experienced a love for the cuisine itself until we tried your recipe!

I promptly wanted to do more research and look forward to trying some more "Mexican" flavors and cuisine in my kitchen!

I just wanted to thank you for taking "Mexican" out of Taco Bell and bringing the heart of the flavors and culture to us!!!!
