Pati's Mexican Table : TV Recipes

Pati Jinich avocado martini

Martini de Aguacate
Single serving

2 oz vodka
1/2 oz dry vermouth
1/2 cup ripe pulp from a Mexican avocado
2 tbsp cajeta or La Lechera dulce de leche
2 tbsp La Lechera sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup milk

Pour all of the ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth.  Pour into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake it and strain into chilled martini glasses.


Love the show and the recipes. I only use Mexican vanilla it makes my desserts delicious. I have visited Mexico many times. I have eaten food from both coasts. I have eaten at resorts, restaurants, friends and where the people who work eat everyday. Patty’s recipes are delicious, educational and remind me of Mexico.
