Grilling isn’t just a guy thing — Pati’s got a great outdoor grill, and she’s gonna put it to work by cooking up a mouth-watering menu of Mexican food with a BBQ twist. One of Pati’s sisters shows up to help her mix some drinks, too!

That was the town in Michoacan called Tzin-Tzun-Tzan… lovely!

I saw what I thought was the episode Girls just Wanna Have fun. I thought you did strawberries with Green Tabasco and Honey. where do I find that recipe?

I love the recipes which combine classical ‘Mexican’ with the Asian, French and other influences.

Hm, don´t remember that, are you talking about the drink?

I must have imagined this recipe. I was sure you had prepared some strawberries with a little green chile sauce (Tabasco). As I frequently season strawberries with balsamic vinegar, I was intrigued. I am getting ready to do a post-wedding brunch — and thought those with eggs benedict and a mimosa flavored with lime and fresh orange juice would be perfect. I have looked at the web and found nothing either. So I guess I will just experiment. I think strawberries, green chile sauce, perhaps some melon (or mango) a bit of lime and maybe a touch of honey might be fun. I also wonder, if tomatilloes might not add a crunchy texture.
