12:00 PM ET on the Food Network, repeat. Show aired for the first time on August 15.
This I can say: Cooking with Paula couldn't have been more fun! She is as scrumptious in person as she is on TV. I tried to make the tastiest menu and she topped it off with a fried ice cream! If you can, watch the show...
Can i have the recipe for the fried ice cream...
Thank You.lorraine | August 15, 2009 1:51 PM

Hi! Of course! It is Paula's recipe and you can find the recipe for the fried ice cream in Paula Deen's website, here is the direct address for that recipe: http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/paula-deen/fried-ice-cream-recipe/index.html
My husband and I discovered you on Paula Dean's show! My husband immediately wanted to try the Crispy Fried Tacos, and I luckily had all the ingredients available. We made it, ate it and just made another batch for tomorrow!!!! I find that leaving it overnight deepens the flavors!
We just were amazed at the exquisite simplicity of the meal. Coming from a South East Asian culture, our flavors can be simple but more often than not tend to be more complex! I grew up in the Middle East and was exposed to Indian and Pakistani cooking, and there too we use sometimes complex flavors. My exposure to Mexican cuisine came when I travelled to Georgia, US for my Bachelors; and I've had the regular tacos, and chilli. But I had never truly experienced a love for the cuisine itself until we tried your recipe!
I promptly wanted to do more research and look forward to trying some more "Mexican" flavors and cuisine in my kitchen!
I just wanted to thank you for taking "Mexican" out of Taco Bell and bringing the heart of the flavors and culture to us!!!!

God Bless Paula Deen for bringing you into my home and how wonderful that you have this whole website. I made your crispy fried tacos last night and they were delicious. The salsa verde was simple and the perfect compliment. I hope we get to seem more of you on TV.John | August 26, 2009 8:38 AM
I just saw my first episode of Pati's Mexican Table and I am in love! It was the episode with the pollo con salsa de tamarindo, chipotle, y apricots. The first time I saw you on t.v. was with Paula D. I am very happy to see that you now have your own show and it is very entertaining.Charles | September 10, 2011 2:06 PM
