I was disappointed to have to miss the Chiles and Flowers demo at the Mexican Cultural Institute because of vacation. Do you plan to make the recipes available on your website? I have been attending regularly since the fall and have had great fun trying the recipes at home and with friends. Thanks for the wonderful food adventures you provide both on your website and at the Instituto Cultural de Mexico.

Yes! The appetizer for that class was the Squash Blossom, Poblano and Oaxaca cheese quesadillas that I just posted this week. Take a look! I will keep on adding more.
