Guacamole en Trozos

2 ripe avocados, halved, pitted and pulp cut into chunks or roughly mashed
3 tbsp white onion, finely chopped
1 chile serrano or jalapeño, or to taste, minced (seeding is optional)
2 tbsp cilantro leaves, roughly chopped
3 tbsp fresh squeezed lime juice
1 tsp salt, more or less to taste

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and serve!

I'll give it a try.

My name is Pamela MAry Mauter I love patis Mexican Table .
I have learned so much about how to take ingrdients and be creative with them to turn out a beautiful dish.
I have also learned that you can use your imagination tocome upwith your own recipes.
Keep upthe good work.

This is the best guacamole. And it doesn't require any ingredients that I'm sensitive to, like sour cream or tomato chunks, so I can actually eat it. I've made it once already and am preparing a second batch now. The only problem is the first time I made it, I didn't have any left for later as we ate it all up in one sitting! Thank you, Pati. This is wonderful!
