Come join me at the Summer Fancy Food Show 2011!  Located in the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington D.C. is North America's largest specialty food and beverage event.  I will be running the kitchen for the Mexico Pavilion and offering many appetizers for you all to try, I hope to see you there!

Pati I would love to learn some of your cooking skills I am not a cook but I enjoy good food specially Mexican the way you cook it. I would like to know if I can assist you to help promote Mexican food to our wonderful nation.

Could i have the recipee for the Mexican flan shown on today's show of July 9. The dessert is the flan with the almonds.

Hi Paty , I'm from Monterrey Mexico and we have a dish up there called *Fritada* and i love it. Unfortunately i do not know how to make it , the one that used to make it for us was my abuelita,and she's passed away years ago. I hope you know how to make it :) would you show me how?

I watch the today show on july the 8th and i was so impress with your cooking. One thing I like to ask if i could get the recipe for that flan and also the dessert with the little piggys.
