I am so honored to have been invited to cook, teach and design a menu for the 20th Annual Connoisseur's Dinner and related events, which will be named Fiesta de Invierno as we will feature all Mexican food. It has been a pleasure to collaborate with Chef Tom Schilling from The Nittany Lion Inn in preparation for the events and I look forward to the full blown celebration.
