Carroll Long | September 19, 2012 3:28 PMHola Carroll, I'm so happy to hear you are interested in the event. The Mexican Cultural Institute just launched a new website! You can find the information and registration for the event here: http://www.instituteofmexicodc.org/pati.php
Pati Jinich replied to comment from Carroll Long | September 19, 2012 4:33 PMI recently vacationed in Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, and enjoyed their cuisine. I had a salbute with a spicy red pork topping reminds me of cochinita pibil or what I know it as asado de puerco. Those were delicious reminded me of a gorditas very common in South Texas. Will you have any episodes of that cuisine of Mexico?
Ricardo Hernandez | October 8, 2012 4:50 PMYes, absolutely, I'm planning on it. You know, Ricardo, the cuisine from Yucatán is so unique from the rest of Mexico.
