Each year, the Prince George's County Council does a presentation for Hispanic Heritage month to celebrate and recognize the contributions that Hispanics and Latinos have made in North America. I am honored to be invited to be a keynote speaker at this year's program. I will talk about Mexican culinary traditions, discussing how they connect with the Mexican community in the US.
